To accomplish goals entails structuring, planning, organizing, and directing resources and procedures inside an organization. Financial, marketing, or operational objectives may be among these targets, depending on the organization. Establishing authority, defining work duties, and describing career opportunities are further organizational management tasks that may be necessary.
Armstrong (2009) asserts that management is primarily concerned with the efficient utilization of resources. Making sure that everyone in an organization is working towards the same objective is the responsibility of management. Setting the organization's strategy and organizing employee activities to achieve these goals through the use of existing resources are the responsibilities of managers. They encourage departments and employees to continue with their tasks.

Leading:
This entails persuading, encouraging, and inspiring members of the organization to work together towards common aims and objectives. Leading aids in the communication of the organization's and its leaders' vision, mission, values, and expectations. It also encourages teamwork, collaboration, and invention among members.
Controlling:
It includes monitoring, measuring, and assessing the organization's and its members' performance in relation to the goals and objectives. Controlling helps to guarantee that plans are carried out properly and efficiently. It also aids in identifying and correcting any deviations or difficulties that may occur during execution.
